Rental

To ensure reliable forklift rentals are available to our customers, we have put quality assurance checks in place.

• Equipment coming off rental is quickly evaluated for potential safety issues or needed repairs, making it rent-ready for the next customer.
• Rentals are tracked by hours and receive maintenance every 250 – 500 usage hours, dependent upon recent applications and work environments. While cleaning air filters and lubricating chains, our technicians also look for normal “wear & tear” items.

To avoid disrupting your production schedule, ProLift will coordinate a convenient day and time to perform maintenance on your forklift rental. Our goal is to minimize rental downtime through regular maintenance, and we’re committed to providing a swift response if a breakdown does occur.

ProLift's forklift rental rates include these services:

• Forklift Maintenance. Each time a forklift comes off rent, our service team inspects the unit and confirms it is rent-ready for the next customer. ProLift also oversees normal “wear & tear” forklift service repairs.
• Forklift Battery and Charger. If you rent an electric forklift, ProLift includes a compatible battery and standard charger. These items are inspected and fully charged before the forklift rental is delivered.
• Dealer Support. Our rental specialists, who helped to secure your forklift rental, will continue to provide dealer support after delivery – from exchanging a rental to answering questions about your final invoice. Our emergency line is open 24 hours / day.
