Our internal Used team conducts thorough pre-sale evaluations for all used forklifts. These inspections are performed onsite at ProLift, not in the field by multiple parties. Using a standardized checklist for consistency, the team assesses up to 85 key areas of the forklift to ensure quality and reliability.

Based on key factors such as overall condition, number of hours, and its previous application, the used forklift will be assigned to one of three areas: retail used, as is, or wholesale.

ProLift is happy to arrange a visit to a local customer support center to view the used forklift you’re interested in purchasing. However, please contact us beforehand, as used equipment is distributed across our various locations and may not be immediately available for viewing. Additionally, we want to ensure a sales consultant or a member of our Used team is available to assist you during your visit.

Our used forklifts are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your used forklift, you may exchange it at any time within 30 days of purchase.
